debian-melb list converted to Mailman

i just converted the list from majordomo to Mailman, partly because i'm sick of
majordomo and partly because i want Mailman's VERP features and partly as a
trial run to see whether it's a good idea to convert several hundred mailing
lists at work from majordomo to Mailman (conversion has to be perfect because
the list owners are mostly technophobic computer-illiterates at various
community groups and libraries)

One-Of-These-Days[tm] i'll get around to modifying my htdig list archive
scripts so that they work with Mailman too.....another day.
