that would be because your first message to the list was greylisted for 1196
seconds.  (500 secs is my system's greylist delay, but yours didn't retry
until 1196 secs).

when my system finally received your message, it delivered it to you in 20
seconds total:

future messages from you to the list wont be greylisted (as long as you send
at least one msg every three months, which is how long my postgrey daemon
keeps history of the sender:recipient:ip triplets).

if greylisting is a huge problem for people, i can add aussie-isp at taz.net.au
to postgrey's recipient whitelist.
